Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art that focuses primarily on grappling and fighting on the ground. Originally developed from judo, this sport is unique in that a smaller person can overcome a bigger opponent with the right technique. BJJ is beneficial for men, women, and children as it not only promotes physical fitness but builds character and confidence.
